White wine Vougeot Blanc the 1 er Cru "Les Cras" is made from Chardonnay grapes grown on limestone soils of the vineyard "Le Edge", covering an area of 0.55 ha. Berries are double sorted at harvest and in the winery, before it is sent to the pneumatic press. After removing the precipitate, the pure grape juice gets in oak barrels (25% new) for further alcoholic and malolactic fermentation. Wine aging lasts from 12 to 16 months. The potential for wine storage is 10 years.

The wine is a brilliant straw-yellow color.
