The range of varietal wine "Jinda-Lee" got its name by the name of the first Littore family's vineyards which are located in the region of sunrise in South-East Australia. "Jinda-Lee" in the aboriginal language means "Hill, devoid of vegetation" and accurately describes the landscape of the area. On the label of the wine "Jinda-Lee" Sauvignon Blanc shows a platypus. In the ancient myth of the Australian aborigines of creation speaks of the three tribes that existed on the earth, animals, birds and fish. The platypus body is covered with hair like a beast, it lays eggs like a bird and lives in the water like a fish. It combines traits of all three tribes, but it does not belong to any of them. The platypus is a unique symbol of unity of all three tribes.
The wine has pale straw color with Golden reflections.
The aroma is fresh and elegant — woven with fine notes of green Apple, ripe gooseberry, honeydew melon, juicy peach and tropical fruits.
The wine has a delicate, refreshing, slightly crunchy taste with notes of white flowers and fruit.
Wine is an excellent aperitif. It also serves salads, pasta, seafood and fish dishes or chicken.
