The range of varietal wine "Jinda-Lee" got its name by the name of the first Littore family's vineyards which are located in the region of sunrise in South-East Australia. "Jinda-Lee" in the aboriginal language means "Hill, devoid of vegetation" and accurately describes the landscape of the area. On the label of the wine "Jinda-Lee" Sauvignon Blanc shows a platypus. In the ancient myth of the Australian aborigines of creation speaks of the three tribes that existed on the earth, animals, birds and fish. The platypus body is covered with hair like a beast, it lays eggs like a bird and lives in the water like a fish. It combines traits of all three tribes, but it does not belong to any of them. The platypus is a unique symbol of unity of all three tribes.
The color of the wine is a pale yellow.
The wine has a fresh, delicate flavor, which reveals hints of apples, pears and apricots, and hints of exotic fruits and white flowers.
The wine has a delicate, fresh taste with a predominance of notes of ripe fruit and floral tones. Bright nature of the wine gives crisp acidity, playful touch which is felt in the harmonious finish.
Wine is an excellent aperitif. It also serves salads, pasta, seafood and fish dishes or chicken.
