Dry red wine "Secondoatto" is a blend of traditional Umbrian autochthonous grape varieties (Sangiovese, etc) and international Merlot. The strong character of Sangiovese is balanced by the softness of Merlot. Vineyard soil — mixed type, medium density, with a predominance of limestone and clay. Vinification takes place according to the classical method of making red wines. After gentle crushing of the berries, the must obtained undergoes maceration at controlled temperature for several hours. Alcoholic fermentation is done in stainless steel tankers at low temperature.

The wine is dense ruby-red color.
Seductive aroma of the wine reveals notes of red berries, juicy cherries, hints of balsamic nuances of licorice and spice.
The taste of wine is well-balanced, pleasant, refreshing, with notes of red fruits and rounded tannins.
The wine matches perfectly with pasta dishes with meat sauce, grilled meat and cheese in middle age.
