Tenuta Sassoregale, Vermentino is a vigorous, energetic wine with a rich mineral taste. Grown under the Tuscan sun the grapes are harvested at full maturity in order to give effect to the flavor of the wine and a clear structure to his taste. After gentle pressing of the grapes is fermented in stainless steel tanks. Then the wine is aged on the lees for 5 months, acquiring a multifaceted palette of colors.

Tasting Characteristics

The wine has bright straw-yellow color.
Intense and elegant aroma of the wine includes hints of citrus and stone fruit that are framed with hints of Mediterranean herbs and minerals.
Intriguing taste of wine unfolds gradually, showing a crisp acidity, balanced alcohol content and a slight hint of sparkling. The bouquet blends hints of fruit and minerals.
The wine is particularly well matched with fish dishes, vegetables, soups.
