Dry white wine "Terre di Rai" Pinot Grigio is made from grapes grown in the commune Rai di San Polo di Piave in the province of Treviso (Veneto). The vineyards are located at an altitude of 30 meters above sea level. Soil — sandy loam with admixture of gravel. The planting density is 5100 vines per hectare. The yield does not exceed 110 tons per hectare. Pinot Grigio is harvested by hand in early September. When you create a wine applies gentle pressing, malolactic fermentation and aging are excluded. Stabilization of the wine takes place in stainless steel tankers within 2 months.

Tasting Characteristics

The wine straw-yellow color with a Golden hue.
Rich and voluminous aroma of the wine reveals floral notes (Eglantine and orange tree), hints of tropical and citrus fruits and apricot.
The wine has well-structured, voluminous, complex, intense and dense flavor with a long, persistent finish, is filled with bright notes of citrus, peach and apricot.
The wine matches perfectly with fish, shellfish, risotto and vegetable pies.
