"Txomin Etxaniz" (Txakoli) — classic white wine of the Basque Country, with bright refreshing acidity, complex, long lasting taste and rich aromatic bouquet with notes of minerals, citrus, flowers, herbs. The wine is made from indigenous, cultivated since the fourteenth century varieties of grape ondarrabi beltsa and ondarrabi Suri grown TO Chakoli de Getaria. The vineyards are planted on chalky soils on steep high slopes overlooking the Atlantic ocean. After pneumatic pressing in an inert gas atmosphere, the fermentation of the wine in neutral containers at controlled temperature, after which the wine is aged on the lees for several months.

The wine has an elegant pale-straw color with light greenish reflections.
The wine has a soft, fruity aroma with subtle herbal nuances.
The wine shows a clean, fresh taste with fruit and mineral nuances, crisp acidity and balanced finish.
Wine is an excellent aperitif and goes well with tapas, fish and seafood, salted anchovies, tuna in oil.
