Wine "Clasico" Cabernet Sauvignon is a well balanced wine with excellent otenkami red and black berries, subtle spicy fruit, great charm and a long finish. In a blended wine dominated by Cabernet Sauvignon (85%), supplemented by CIRA (15%). Grown in environmentally friendly conditions, the grapes after harvest, carefully moved, and then the best berries undergo a process of cold maceration before fermentation with the aim of preserving fruit. The fermentation takes place at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. 10% of the young wine is aged in American oak barrels for 6 months.The Ventisquero winery, having optimism, love of the land and vineyards, and based on the highest professional standards and is always in search of ways to create a unique and perfect wines. The first wine under the brand name "Ventisquero", which in local language means "large chunks of ice" or "glacier", was released in 2000. The birth of the winery happened in the two years before that in 1998, when investors of one of the largest agricultural enterprises in Latin America decided to try their hand at winemaking, making the project "Ventisquero" about $ 60 million.Chief oenologist Ventisquero today is Felipe Toss — an experienced winemaker, under whose leadership was built the winery on the coast in the Maipo valley and planted vineyards for the wines from the "Ventisquero". Tasting Characteristics

The wine is a deep bright ruby color with purple undertones.
A pleasant, full aroma of the wine is replete with notes of strawberry, blueberry, raspberry, black currant, cherry, spice, pepper and oak.
Balanced, rounded wine with soft, harmonious fruit flavors, ripe tannins and hints of toasted oak in the finish.
Wine is a great accompaniment to Mature cheeses, grilled meat, dishes of red meat. Overall, the wine is quite versatile in its gastronomy and suited to a wide range of dishes.
