"Clasico" Cabernet Sauvignon — well-balanced wine with excellent shades of red and black berries, subtle spicy fruit, great charm and a long finish. In a blended wine dominated by Cabernet Sauvignon (85%), supplemented by CIRA (15%). Grown in environmentally friendly conditions, the grapes after harvest, carefully moved, and then the best berries are the process 5-day cold maceration before fermentation with the aim of preserving fruit. Fermentation occurs at a controlled temperature of 26-28°C in stainless steel tanks and lasts for 10 days. 10% of the young wine is aged in American oak barrels for 6 months.The Ventisquero winery, having optimism, love of the land and vineyards, and based on the highest professional standards and is always in search of ways to create a unique and perfect wines. The wine has deep ruby color with red-blue rim.
