Wine "Felino" Chardonnay is made from Chardonnay grapes, grown on alluvial soils of vineyards in Mendoza. Mendoza — Argentina's largest region, which accounts for 70% of the annual production of wine in the country. Warm, dry climate of the region allows to harvest high quality grapes. After careful analysis, the grapes were pressed whole cluster. Fermentation took place in the natural yeast. 5% of the wine was aged in French oak barrels for 7 months (15% new), and the remaining 95% in stainless steel tanks. Before bottling the wine is not subjected to filtration.

Tasting Characteristics

Wine of white gold color with greenish reflections.
Intense hues of orange blossom infused in the aroma of wines with more restrained tones of nectarine, peach, pineapple and passion fruit.
The soft texture of the wine is complemented by a bright integrated acidity energetic notes of grapefruit, lemon peel, lemongrass. Subtle hints of bread crust and white flowers are an ornament of taste and slow off-balanced persistent finish.
The wine goes well with fish dishes, seafood, white meat poultry, and soft cheeses.
