Chablis 2016 is created from Chardonnay grapes grown on a plot of 12 acres in the heart of the appellation Chablis, on soils rich in clay, interspersed with marine fossils. Since 2009, the wine was produced under the control of the Association "Ecocert", which gives you 100% confidence in the environmental performance of products.

Tasting Characteristics

The wine is yellow-green in color with Golden reflections.
Lively, generous aroma of wine filled with hints of flowers, nectarine, citrus and wet stone.
Nervous, vibrant taste of the wine saturates freshness. After the first SIP, notes of minerals occupy a dominant position to continue unabated. Crisp acidity complements the clear austerity of the palette, which is filled with hints of citrus and spices.
The wine is excellent as an aperitif, complement the dishes of fish and seafood.
