The vineyards are located along the entire length of the valley, so Rhone wines are the product of a wide range of soil types and microclimates. Conventionally, there are Northern and southern part of the valley, and the unifying link between these two areas is the regional municipality of Cotes du Rhone. Rhone vineyards have a long and glorious history, because the source of their origin were monks of religious orders. Fine wines came not only in monasteries but also to the table of the Pope and fashionable techniques. Officially named commune of the Cotes du Rhone was in November 1937, produced wines here are of a high standard of quality and excellence. A few years later to the South of the Cotes du Rhone had purchased a plot "Signargues", known for its old vines Grenache grapes. Cooperative Les Vignerons d Estezargues is a small cellar in the small town of Estézargues, located near Avignon. This is a truly unique company in the wine world, plays an important role in the production and sale of wine throughout France. The cooperative receives the harvest from the vineyards of each of its shareholders, and then produces wine from it. Here grapes from different areas of France is in the process of vinification, the focus of the wine production. Since 1995, Les Vignerons d Estezargues is practicing a new approach to ten different representatives of the cooperative began to produce their wine individually, then combine them and make a single cuvée. The process involves only natural yeast, no filtering is performed, and no enzymes do not affect the grapes during production. Tasting Characteristics

The wine has a dark ruby color.
In fine, delicate aroma of wine has a delicate fragrance of flowers intertwined with bright notes of very ripe black fruit (cherry, plum).
The wine has a soft, mellow taste, perfectly complemented by ripe, silky tannins. In the final reveal nice spicy notes.
Cooled to 15°C, the wine perfectly accentuate the taste of meat with potatoes, barbecue and pilau.
