Domaine D Andezon, Cotes-du-Rhone Villages — amazing wine created from a blend of 2 grape varieties Syrah and Grenache. After harvest, the berries undergo a long maceration, which lasts 4 weeks. Fermentation with indigenous yeasts is carried out at a controlled temperature with daily pizhazhem. Wines aged for at least 12 months in French oak barrels. This wine can be drunk now, but it is sure to reward all who have a little patience and over the next few years will discover all the complexity, depth and elegance.
