The cooperative receives the harvest from the vineyards of each of its shareholders, and then produces wine from it. Here grapes from different areas of France is in the process of vinification, the focus of the wine production. Since 1995, Les Vignerons d Estezargues is practicing a new approach to ten different representatives of the cooperative began to produce their wine individually, then combine them and make a single cuvée. Tasting Characteristics

The wine has deep ruby color.
The aroma of the wine begins with pleasant notes of black fruit, cherry, BlackBerry, licorice and smoked meat. They are complemented by nuances of cedar, graphite and spices.
The taste of the wine immediately covers a dense wave of shades of cherry and plum and well-structured, tangible, but non-aggressive tannins. Hints of licorice, oak, spices, graphite and minerals continue to sound restrained in a dry long finish, gradually giving way to hints of tobacco.
