Domaine d Andezon, Cotes-du-Rhone, rich, juicy wine with bright notes of black ripe berries in flavor and aroma. Vintage 2016 — monosortovoy made from Syrah grapes. After harvest, the berries undergo a long maceration, which lasts 4 weeks. Fermentation with indigenous yeasts is carried out at a controlled temperature with daily pizhazhem. The wine is aged for at least 12 months in French oak barrels and bottled without filtration. Wine storage capacity is 3-4 years.
The wine is pure, deep ruby color.
The aroma of the wine reveals hints of ripe black berries, cherries, plums and flowers.
The wine has a rich, rich, complex, mellow flavor with hints of ripe blackberries and blueberries, hints of Cola and spice and ripe, but silky tannins.
