"Chene Marchand", Sancerre AOC — white wine created from grapes Sauvignon Blanc, which grows in the vineyards in the appellation of Sancerre. The soil of the vineyard is composed of limestone, the average age of the vines is 40 years. In the vineyards used organic methods. The harvest is carried out manually after harvesting, the berries are sorted. At the winery, the fruits are pressed using a pneumatic press. Fermentation wine is aged in 4 casks (of which 2 are new) and in steel tanks.
The wine has a pale straw color with Golden highlights.
The wine has an exquisite fruity aroma with a predominance of tones of citrus: lime, grapefruit, lemon framed by light herbal nuances.
The taste of wine is elegant, harmonious, it on the background of a smooth texture reveals accents of ripe fruit, highlighting the delicate fruity acidity. Sustainable, pleasant aftertaste.

Domaine Vincent Pinard — винодельческое хозяйство, расположенное в самом сердце аппелласьона Сансер. На виноградниках применяются органические методы без использования пестицидов, гербицидов и других веществ, производство вина проходит традиционными способами. Виноградники площадью 17 га расположены на холмах Буэ, на известняково-глинистых почвах. На виноградниках используется "зеленый сбор" (прореживание гроздей и короткая обрезка лоз).Сбор урожая проводится вручную, ягоды проходят тщательную сортировку. Главной философией хозяйства является минимальное вмешательство в процесс создания вина.На сегодняшний день вина Domaine Vincent Pinard пользуются успехом не только во Франции, но и в других Европейских странах и в странах СНГ.
