Red wine Nuits-Saint-Georges Domaine des Perdrix is made from the grape variety Pinot Noir grown in the vineyards of the appellation Nuits-Saint-Georges. After manual grape harvest, berries are sorted and destebliruyutsya. Maceration and alcoholic fermentation continues for 15-20 days, then the wine is aged in oak barrels for 12-18 months. The wine has good storage capacity — 5-8 years.In 1996, the owner of the land in Vosne-Romanee and winegrower Bernard Mounier sold his farm deviyaru Bertrand, who at that time was the Manager of negociant Antonin Rodet. The average age of the vines is 35 years.

Tasting Characteristics

The wine is purple in color.
The aroma of the wine combines notes of spices (clove, nutmeg) with hints of dark fruit.
The wine has a complex palate with strong tannins, notes of black berries, cherry liqueur, coffee, hints of nutmeg. The finish is long and fresh.
The wine goes well with beef, steak, duck fillet with honey sauce and fresh goat cheese.
