Red wine Nuits-Saint-Georges Domaine des Perdrix is made from the grape variety Pinot Noir grown in the vineyards of the appellation Nuits-Saint-Georges. Tasting Characteristics

The wine is a beautiful ruby color with purple hues.
The aroma of the wine reveals notes of black berries (blackberries, blueberries, black currants) and sweet spicy notes of cinnamon and nutmeg.
The wine has a fresh and powerful taste with soft and silky tannins, notes of dark berries and spices. The finish is long.
The wine goes well with beef, steak, duck fillet with honey sauce and fresh goat cheese.
