"Pray" Rosso is an excellent wine, suitable for a festive feast, and for daily meals. "Moli" Rosso is able to surprise even the most experienced wine connoisseur. It is made from two main grape varieties grown in Molise Montepulciano and Aglianico, grown on the clay soils of the vineyard "Ramitello". The average age of the vines is 22 years. Harvested in late September-early October and sent to the winery for a traditional vinification. It starts with a 15-day maceration on the grape skins, followed by malolactic fermentation and aging in bottles for 3 months.
The wine has bright ruby color.
Fresh aroma of wine filled with notes of wild berries and wild fruit.
Powerful taste of the wine has a nice density of fruit shades. Beautiful hints of violets and moss give it softness.
The wine is well suited to appetizers and roasted meats, especially lamb.
