"Pray" Rosso is an excellent wine, suitable for a festive feast, and for daily meals. "Moli" Rosso is able to surprise even the most experienced wine connoisseur. It is made from two main grape varieties grown in Molise Montepulciano and Aglianico, grown on clay soils of the Ramitello vineyard. The average age of the vines is 22 years. Harvested in late September-early October and sent to the winery for a traditional vinification. It starts with a 15-day maceration on the grape skins, followed by malolactic fermentation and aging in bottles for 3 months.

Tasting Characteristics

The wine is ruby red in color with a purple hue.
Aromatic bouquet of the wine is filled with intense notes of cherries, wild berries and hints of prunes.
The wine impresses with a delightfully fruity, tart taste with velvety tannins and lively acidity. Soft finish are the notes of violet, moss and underbrush.
The wine is well suited to appetizers, grilled meats, especially lamb.
