Tasting Characteristics

The wine has bright Golden color.
The wine has a pleasant aroma, dominated by notes of citrus, hawthorn, acacia flowers, complemented by notes of boxwood.
The wine has a mineral taste with hints of strawberry, plum, green Apple, red currant, lemon and pollen. The finish is juicy and long.
The wine goes well with white asparagus, fish and veal.
