In 1996 it was decided to create a wine with more aging potential than the wines of the family of Mouton Cadet, so there was a line of Mouton Cadet Reserve, the first wine of which was the honey and follow — Graves, Saint-Emilion and Sauternes. Initially, these wines were destined for the finest restaurants, but in view of purchasing power and demand, they are now available in restaurants and in wine stores. Great wine Reserve Mouton Cadet Graves Blanc is made from grapes grown on the borders appelsona Graves independent winegrowers partners. Very cold winter and cool spring of 2010 gave way to a rainy June. Fortunately, the subsequent summer months were Sunny and hot, which provided a good start to the ripening of grapes and excellent aromatic characteristics. In spite of the September rains, overall, 2010 was pretty hot, the harvest was excellent, the berries reach its optimal ripeness and concentration. Maceration of the grapes takes place at low temperatures. Fermentation is done in steel tanks. All the Mouton Cadet wine beneficious and bottled on the winery Saint-Laurent-Medoc. The wine is aged in steel tanks for 3-6 months.The wine history of the Rothschilds, the famous family of bankers, who in the 19th century created a financial Empire, began in 1853 with the purchase of the castle brane-Mouton in Pauillac.
