Elegant French wine Reserve Mouton Cadet Graves Blanc is created from grapes grown on the borders of the Graves appellation independent winegrowers partners. The must, obtained by soft pressing, undergoes maceration at a low temperature, then fermentation in steel tanks. Aging wine lasts for 3-6 months in stainless steel tanks after which the wine is bottled. Mouton Cadet wine is produced and bottled at the winery Saint-Laurent-Medoc.

Tasting Characteristics

The wine has a pale straw color with greenish flecks.
Elegant aroma of the wine combines delicate hints of white flowers, bright citrus notes and light mineral notes.
The wine has a refreshing, harmonious taste with a spicy note of pink grapefruit in a juicy finish.
Wine is paired with fish, vegetables, beef and goat's milk cheeses them.
