Elegant French wine Reserve Mouton Cadet Graves Blanc is created from grapes that are grown growers on the borders of the appellation Graves. After harvest, the grapes undergoes maceration at low temperature, then fermentation in steel tanks. Aging wine lasts for 3-6 months in stainless steel tanks after which the wine is bottled. Mouton Cadet wine is produced and bottled at the winery Saint-Laurent-Medoc. Wines Reserve Mouton Cadet began to create in 1996. The first in this series was released Medoc wine, then — Graves, Saint-Emilion and Sauternes. Initially, these wines were destined for the finest restaurants, but in connection with the development of purchasing power and demand, they appeared in inexpensive restaurants and wine shops. The wine history of the Rothschilds, the famous family of bankers, who in the 19th century created a financial Empire, began in 1853 with the purchase of the castle brane-Mouton in Pauillac. This castle gave the name Rothschild Chateau Mouton Rothschild, and producing wine here respectively called Mouton Rothschild. But the family had little interest in production until 1920, when the estate began to manage ambitious, bright and eccentric, the Baron Philippe de Rothschild, who has breathed new life into the inherited vineyard. Today, the name of the person associated with the steady pursuit of high quality in the production of wine and unprecedented success in the wine business. Baron Philippe de Rothschild was truly dedicated to his job, he was guided by innovative and revolutionary ideas in the wine industry that literally changed the life of all lovers of Bordeaux wine. Through courage, a brilliant mind, intuition and creativity, he made a revolution in the rather conservative business – traditional French winemaking. The Baron was one of the first in Bordeaux introduced the practice of bottling wine in the economy, which is generally accepted. Another innovative step was the construction of an unusual wine cellar, designed by his friend, the architect from Paris. This cellar was under the earth and above it. The company's goal since its inception has been producing the best wines in the world in any category. Excellent quality wine is largely determined by the company over the years perfected the art of blending.
