Interesting facts

Wine "Cedre Heritage" made from Malbec grapes with a small addition of Merlot. Malbec is grown in two different soil types: stony clay-limestone, which gives a robust wine with fine tannins, and sandy-clay with plenty of pebbles, from crops which are more powerful and dense wines. When you are creating wines are produced by maceration on the skins and fermentation lasted three weeks, and then by malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks. 80% of the wine is aged in stainless steel tanks and 20% in two year old oak barrels for 16-18 months. The potential for wine storage is 5 years.
