Domaine Thibert Pere et Fils, Pouilly-Fuisse "Vignes Blanches" — a beautiful wine that won wine experts for its style. They called it one of the best wines of Christophe and Sandrine Tiber. This is a clean, modern Chardonnay is a perfect illustration of what happens when talented winemakers are working hard to raise their terroir. The wine is made from grapes from a tiny area, occupying only 0.16 hectares, on which grow vines aged about 112 years! After fermentation the wine of about 11 months aged in oak barrels. Pouilly-fuissé "Vignes Blanche" 2013 most fully revealed after additional aging. The peak of maturity the wine will be in 2017-2023.
