In "Regaleali" Le rose reflected all the passion and respect Tasca d'almerita wine and winemaking. The wine is made from grapes nerello Mascalese — virtually unknown outside of Sicily. Mash fermentation was carried out for 15 days in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 14°C. part of the wort was subjected to a secondary malolactic fermentation. Aged the wine for 3 months in steel tanks. Wine storage capacity for 2-3 years.
The wine is a brilliant bright pink color with a purple sheen.
Fruity aroma of wine filled with notes of cherry, mulberry, raspberry, BlackBerry and rose petals.
The wine has a rich fruity taste with refreshing acidity and a long finish.
The wine goes well with appetizers, pasta, risotto and seafood.
