In "Regaleali" Le rose reflected all the passion and respect Tasca d'almerita wine and winemaking. The wine is made from grapes nerello Mascalese — virtually unknown outside of Sicily. Mash fermentation was carried out for 15 days in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 14°C. part of the wort was subjected to a secondary malolactic fermentation. Aged the wine for 3 months in steel tanks. Wine storage capacity for 2-3 years.
The wine is bright pale pink.
Delicate aroma of the wine contains notes of raspberry and orange zest, hints of jam and cherries.
Refined wine has well-balanced taste with a nice acidity and berry tones.
Wine is served with appetizers, recommended in combination with seafood, pasta, risotto.
