In "Regaleali" Le rose reflected all the passion and respect Tasca d'almerita wine and winemaking. The wine is made from grapes nerello Mascalese — virtually unknown outside of Sicily. Mash fermentation was carried out for 15 days in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 14°C. part of the wort was subjected to a secondary malolactic fermentation. Aged the wine for 3 months in steel tanks. Wine storage capacity for 2-3 years.
The wine has an elegant salmon pink color.
Clean, refreshing aroma of the wine reveals notes of red currant, cherry, strawberry and spice.
The wine is harmonious, delicate taste with hints of red berries and fruit, minerals and herbs, with piquant acidity and intriguing aftertaste.
Wine is served with appetizers, recommended in combination with seafood, pasta, risotto.
