Interesting facts

"Elevation" Sauvignon Blanc is a blend in which the dominant Sauvignon Blanc added a small proportion of Viognier and Riesling, collected in the area of Marlborough. In contrast to the clean new Zealand Sauvignon Blanc, which is characterized by vegetable notes in taste and aroma, the blend "Elevation" shows rich and refreshing fruity and citrus notes and a mild acidity. The wine is great as an aperitif and recommended for seafood. The winery "Wild Rock", which is a manufacturer of a variety of regional wines, owns great vineyards in different regions of New Zealand: hawke's Bay, Martinborough, Marlborough, Central Otago. Take care of the vineyards using only organic methods. In the two plants of "Wild Rock", built in hawke's Bay, made small batches of delicious quality wines, each of which has its own unique flavor and character. The cellars are equipped with modern equipment, by-products are stored for composting and, ultimately, return to the vineyards. The winery has SWNZ accreditation — Association "Sustainable winegrowing New Zealand", which controls the environmental and product quality.
