Wine "Elevation" Sauvignon Blanc is a reflection of the unique style and character of New Zealand. The Marlborough region has gained international recognition thanks to the outstanding qualities of wines Sauvignon Blanc. This area has the longest length of the solar day, and coming from the Pacific ocean, the air cools the earth at night, which gives the grapes and then the wine freshness and intense aroma. The year 2014 was marked optimal conditions for ripening grapes. Early spring and hot dry summer allowed us to collect high-quality crop before the onset of autumn rains. The maturation of the wine took place in stainless steel tanks. Vintage 2015 may be stored until 2018 without losing their taste.The winery "Wild Rock", which is a manufacturer of a variety of regional wines, owns great vineyards in different regions of New Zealand: hawke's Bay, Martinborough, Marlborough, Central Otago. Take care of the vineyards using only organic methods. In the two plants of "Wild Rock", built in hawke's Bay, made small batches of delicious quality wines, each of which has its own unique flavor and character. The cellars are equipped with modern equipment, by-products are stored for composting and, ultimately, return to the vineyards. The winery has SWNZ accreditation — Association "Sustainable winegrowing New Zealand", which controls the environmental and product quality.

Tasting Characteristics

The wine is light yellow in color with subtle greenish reflections.
The wine shows a soft, elegant aroma with notes of Apple, Jasmine and white flowers.
The wine is fresh, lively taste with notes of banana, litchi and lime, perfectly balanced acidity and a harmonious finish.
The wine goes well with dishes of fish and seafood, light appetizers and cheeses.
