In the two plants of "Wild Rock", built in hawke's Bay, made small batches of delicious quality wines, each of which has its own unique flavor and character. The cellars are equipped with modern equipment, by-products are stored for composting and, ultimately, return to the vineyards. The winery has SWNZ accreditation — Association "Sustainable winegrowing New Zealand", which controls the environmental and product quality.

Tasting Characteristics

The wine is a pleasant straw color with a Golden sheen.
Rich notes of lime, gooseberry and green pepper are reflected in the fresh, elegant aroma of the wine.
Refreshing taste of the wine with bright acidity with notes of tropical fruit, fresh Basil and dried herbs. Leaves a light, balanced mineral finish.
The wine goes well with dishes of fish and seafood, light appetizers and cheeses.
