Interesting facts

A wonderful wine Hasard Hill Shiraz is made from the best grapes grown in vineyards in the South-Western part of Western Australia, mainly in the regions of Geographe, Blackwood and great Southern. Fermentation is carried out in closed containers, the grapes from different plots are fermented separately. The wine is aged partly in stainless steel vats and partly in oak barrels.

Tasting Characteristics

The wine has deep dark ruby color.
The wine has a lively aroma with notes of dark berries and spices.
The taste of the wine has a beautiful structure with pleasant acidity, good balance and a spicy chocolate finish.
The wine goes well with meat dishes, served pizza and pasta.
