A wonderful wine "Hasard Hill" Shiraz is made from the best grapes grown in vineyards in the South-Western part of Western Australia, mainly in the regions of Geographe, Blackwood and great Southern. The 2009 harvest was collected in mid-March. After pressing, fermentation is performed in closed containers, the grapes from different plots are fermented separately. The wine was aged partly in stainless steel vats (to ensure that the structure of the wine), partly in oak barrels (to ensure the flavor nuances of oak). "Hazard hill" Shiraz was bottled in April.The name of Plantagenet (Plantagenet):• English Royal dynasty that ruled from 1154 to 1399 (from Henry II to Richard II). Its name comes from the nickname of Henry's father, Geoffrey of Anjou who wore a sprig of broom (lat. planta genista).• Plantagenet — the region surrounding the town of mount Barker, North of the port of Albany, in the South-Western part of Western Australia.
