Interesting facts

A wonderful wine Hasard Hill Shiraz is made from the best grapes grown in vineyards in the South-Western part of Western Australia, mainly in the regions of Geographe, Blackwood and great Southern. Fermentation is carried out in closed containers, the grapes from different plots are fermented separately. The wine is aged partly in stainless steel vats and partly in oak barrels. Hasard Hill Shiraz 2007 bottled in April 2009. Additional ratings: the wine hazard hill Shiraz 2005 won 91 points from Tyson Stelzer and 84 points from Ray Jordan

Tasting Characteristics

The wine has a purple-black color with a garnet hue on the edges of the glass.
The wine has a wonderful aroma with notes of liquorice and cocoa powder, which are interwoven with hints of plum and prunes.
The wine has a rich round and soft taste, very flexible, it manifested fresh notes of plum, cherry, spicy and soft finish with silky tannins.

The wine goes well with meat dishes, pizza and pasta.
