Interesting facts

A wonderful wine Hasard Hill Shiraz is made from the best grapes grown in vineyards in the South-Western part of Western Australia, mainly in the regions of Geographe, Blackwood and great Southern. Fermentation is carried out in closed containers, the grapes from different plots are fermented separately. The wine is aged partly in stainless steel vats and partly in oak barrels.

Tasting Characteristics

The wine has bright ruby red color.
Attractive aromas of ripe fruit with distinct motifs of plum, black currant and BlackBerry perfectly complement the notes of cocoa, licorice and savory.
Full-bodied, supple wine with good acidity and expressive tannins reveals full, juicy fruit flavor with meaty tones of prunes and cherries, leaving a warm aftertaste with hints of spice and chocolate.

Wine make a perfect pair with meat dishes, pizza and pasta. We recommend you to try it with braised lamb in tomato sauce and green beans.
