Interesting facts

A wonderful wine Hasard Hill Shiraz is made from the best grapes grown in vineyards in the South-Western part of Western Australia, mainly in the regions of Geographe, Blackwood and great Southern. Fermentation is carried out in closed containers, the grapes from different plots are fermented separately. The wine is aged partly in stainless steel vats and partly in oak barrels. Hasard Hill Shiraz 2007 bottled in April 2009. Additional ratings: the wine hazard hill Shiraz 2005 won 91 points from Tyson Stelzer and 84 points from Ray Jordan

Tasting Characteristics

Wine rich crimson color.
The wine has aromas of red berries, plums and notes of dry vanilla.
A nice soft wine with fleshy fruit character of blueberry, raspberry and hints of mixed herbs and currants. Good structure, silky tannins and a fresh clean finish.
Wine is good to serve with meat dishes, pizza and pasta.
