Supertuscan wine "Camartina", first released in 1981, made from the grape varieties Cabernet Sauvignon and Sangiovese, grown in biodynamic vineyards in Tuscany IGT at an altitude of 350-400 metres above sea level. Aged the wine for 24 months in French oak barrels Nevers and tronkays, of which 50% new and 50% annual. After bottling, the wine is left to Mature for 6 months in the cellars of the winery. Year after year, Giuseppe acquire land, develop their own vineyards, built a winery and new cellar. Thanks to Giuseppe Castiglione "Kverchabella" has become one of the best farms in Tuscany.Today, the economy "Querciabella" led by the son of Giuseppe, Sebastiano, continuing the tradition of his father.
