Supertuscan wine "Camartina", first released in 1981, made from the grape varieties Cabernet Sauvignon and Sangiovese, grown in biodynamic vineyards in Tuscany IGT at an altitude of 350-400 metres above sea level. Aged the wine for 24 months in French oak barrels Nevers and tronkays, of which 50% new and 50% annual. After bottling, the wine is left to Mature for 6 months in the cellars of the winery. Annual production of wine "kamartin" is 30 thousand bottles.
Wine of intense ruby red color with purple highlights.
Crisp, complex flavor of the wine embodies elegance and finesse, created with juicy hints of blueberry, plum, black cherry, racy notes of wild herbs and flowers, zesty mineral notes.
Elegant, well structured wine which opens up the bouquet with hints of ripe black fruit, cedar, leather and exotic spices. The uniqueness and richness of flavor it acquires after effect notes of cherry, plum, coffee, herbs, ground cloves and silky tannins.
The wine is recommended for meat dishes, blue and soft cheeses.
