Supertuscan wine "Camartina", first released in 1981, made from the grape varieties Cabernet Sauvignon and Sangiovese, grown in biodynamic vineyards in Tuscany IGT at an altitude of 350-400 metres above sea level. Aged the wine for 24 months in French oak barrels Nevers and tronkays, of which 50% new and 50% annual. After bottling, the wine is left to Mature for 6 months in the cellars of the winery. Annual production of wine "kamartin" is 30 thousand bottles.
The wine is a deep, dark garnet color with purple reflections.
In a strong, harmonious aroma of the wine reveals hints of chocolate and ripe red and black berries, especially cherries, and hints of pine resin, eucalyptus, poplar buds, spices, musk, mint, civet, coffee, vanilla and Bay leaf.
The wine has powerful, concentrated palate combining richness and richness with subtlety and richness of the aromatic palette. The taste is dominated by fruit, especially cherry and some floral tones, but there are also hints of spice and animal tones.
The wine is recommended to serve with dishes of beef, lamb, goose, duck and game
