Supertuscan wine "Camartina", first released in 1981, made from the grape varieties Cabernet Sauvignon and Sangiovese, grown in biodynamic vineyards in Tuscany IGT at an altitude of 350-400 metres above sea level. Aged the wine for 24 months in French oak barrels Nevers and tronkays, of which 50% new and 50% annual. After bottling, the wine is left to Mature for 6 months in the cellars of the winery. Annual production of wine "kamartin" is 30 thousand bottles.
The wine is dark red in color.
The wine has a captivating aroma with hints of BlackBerry, blueberry and violet petals, hints of minerals and graphite.
The taste of the wine has juicy acidity and a silky texture. The finish is long and powerful.
The wine is recommended for meat dishes, blue and soft cheeses.
