Valpolicella DOC Superiore is a well-balanced, elegant, fragrant wine. By mixing several varieties of grapes that are harvested in the prestigious areas of Veneto in northeast Italy, it has a versatile aromatic palette combined with bright acidity and velvety tannins and perfectly reflects the modern style of Valpolicella.

Tasting Characteristics

The wine is ruby red in color.
Spicy notes of cinnamon combined with coffee, a hint of mineral, black pepper and sweet notes of berry jam create the perfect, complex and refined aroma of the wine.
Full-bodied, well-balanced wine with velvety tannins, bright acidity and a slight hint of tobacco, ending with a long silky finish.
The wine will perfectly complement the dishes of spicy meat, pasta, game dishes and cheeses of medium aging.
