Interesting facts

The wine Blanc de Lynch-Bages was first released in 1990. This wine perfectly combines three of the most famous grape varieties. Grapes for wine are harvested from nine different sites, which occupies an area of more than 4.5 ha. harvest by hand and sorted berries in the vineyard. In 2013, the harvest took place from 19 to 26 September. The grapes were shipped to the winery in special refrigerated. At the winery the berries were divided into two parties: one was disablereuse and immediately was pressing, other (mostly Sauvignon Blanc) was left in cold maceration over night. 70% of juice is fermented in oak barrels, and each barrel has an individual control system. The remaining 30% fermented in stainless steel tanks. The wine was aged on the lees in oak barrels, which significantly increased the volume and the tions of taste. The wine has a great storage capacity for 8-10 years.
